Welcome to the Support Center
In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support reclation system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a reclamtion.
Pursuant to Article 10 of the Act on Consumer Protection (Reg. Nov., No. 19/22), we inform consumers that they can submit complaints about the quality of our services in writing to the address:

We will respond to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days after receiving the complaint.
Please include information about the consumer, name and surname, and the address for delivery of the reply in the complaint.
